How to fix Domain (limited) access host

For the third time in a first time . I have problem again wih my host (domain/host cannot be accessed by own IP address).

I checked my router



 

I figured it might be something to do hosting down/maintenance. I pinged/Traced my server IP from a command prompt and again, its timing out with no packets received.



 

I try in Network Preferences and setting my DNS.  then I'd cleared cache on router. but Its still not helping me to fix a problem.

Ok i fix the problem. The host not provide and banned us by IP address. as far as we know, Its more possible the host currently appears my IP has been "flooding" or detected as DDOs attack . If you have some problem, I found more solution and trick to fix a problem:
